1. Shipping Rates and Delivery USA

We offer the following two options for US Shipment which are available to you upon check out. There is no sale tax or State tax on all shipment to USA.

Ground (FLAT RATE US$9.95 per shipment): Oyacostumes.com offers flat shipping rate to the US of $9.95 per shipment irrespective of the number of items shipped. We use FedEx ground service for this service as they are reliable and allow for parcel tracking. Click here for US Delivery Timetable. Ground service is not available for P.O. Box, US territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Military address. Delivery are available on business days only.

2nd Day Delivery (US$29) : We offer 2nd day delivery to US addresses except U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii and Military addresses. This rate is based on a standard package, up to 2 lbs in weight. Occasionally, bulkier package may incur additional charges. We will contact you prior to processing your order if it applies. Please allow for 1 business day for processing. We can not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Delivery are available on business days only.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Canada

We offer the following options for Canadian shipment which are available to you upon check out. GST of 5% will be applied to Canadian orders and will be added to the cost of the order and the shipment. An additional 7.5% PST will be added to Quebec orders. Orders from outside Quebec will not incur any provincial sale tax. Sale Taxes will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on your shipping address.

Ground (FLAT RATE of CA$9.95 per shipment): Oyacostumes.com offers flat shipping rate to Canadian addresses of Ca$9.95 per shipment irrespective of the number of items shipped. This applies to regular shipping and excludes delivery to remote areas and northern communities. We use FedEx ground service for this service as they are reliable and allow for parcel tracking. Click here for Canadian delivery Timetable. Note however that ground service delivery time is not guaranteed and we can not ship to a P.O. Box address. Delivery are available on business days only.

2nd day delivery($29): We offer 2nd day delivery to most Canadian location, except remote and northern locations where a surcharge may apply. This rate is based on a standard package, up to 1kg. Occasionally, bulkier and heavier packages may incur additional charges. We will contact you prior to processing your order if it applies. Please allow for 1 business day for processing. Delivery are available on business days only.

Warehouse Pick Up If you live in Montreal or its vicinity, you can pick up your order directly at our warehouse the following business day after you have placed your order. Our warehouse is located in Complexe Du Canal Lachine, 4710 St-Ambroise, Suite 119, Montreal, QC H4C 2C7. Click here for directions to our warehouse. Please call us at 514-935-3242 to arrange the delivery time. Our office hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday-Friday. Please have a copy of your sales order or an ID when you pick up you order.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Europe

We offer the following choice for shipment to Europe. We do not ship by mail anymore due to difficulties we experienced in the past in tracing shipments. There is no sale or any other tax on your order. However, please note that we are unable to predict which shipment may incur import and customs fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged by various governments. Customers are responsible to found out about their country's policies and to cover any import and customs fees that may be charged.

3 days delivery: We provide a competitive courier shipment to European cities at the rate of US$42. We use TNT for this delivery. This rate is based on a standard package, up to 1kg. Occasionally, bulkier package may incur additional charges. We will contact you prior to processing your order if it applies. Please allow for 1 business day for processing. We can not deliver to a P.O. Box address. Delivery are available on business days only.

Euro Payment: We accept valid European Visa or MasterCard. You will be charged in US or Canadian $, depending on which currency you select. Your credit card will automatically make the exchange and charge you in your local currency or in Euro. To calculate your cost in Euro or other local currency, you can consult for example www.xe.com/ucc.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery International

We will only ship by TNT Courrier internationally. You can contact us for rates at orders@oyacostumes.com. Please tell us the costume or costumes you require as the rate is dependant on the weight and volume. There is no sale or any other tax on your order. However, please note that we are unable to predict which shipment may incur import and customs fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged by various governments. Customers are responsible to found out about their country's policies and to cover any import and customs fees that may be charged and under no condition do we accept request for refund of these fees.
