TO ORDER:
To purchase an item, you must first add it to your shopping bag. After you made your selection, select the quantity you require (add 1 or 2), then click the Add to Shopping Cart button. You can order at the same time the items and any of the accessories appearing on the same page than the item.
Once in the Shopping cart, you can click Continue Shopping and add other items. Once you are finished, you click Proceed to Checkout to complete the transaction.
CHECKOUT:
1-Register:If you are a returning customer or a registered members, provide your e-mail address and password and click Continue. If you are a new customers, click on New Customers, and enter your information: name, e-mail, password.
2-Address: Enter your billing address. This should correspond to the address your credit card statement is mailed to, if you pay by credit card.
You can ship your order to a different address than your billing address, and in fact we recommend you ship your order to the office address so that somebody is available to receive the shipment. This will reduce delays that often happens if shipment is shipped to an address where nobody is available to sign for the shipment.
If the shipping address is not same, unclick This is also my Shipping Address and enter your shipping address.
3- Shipping: Select your shipping method
4-Payment: Enter your payment information. You may use credit card, paypall or Oya Gift Certificate. When you press continue, you have not yet approved your order.
5-Review and Submit: This is the final stage of your check out process. You should carefully review your order summary before you click Pay Your order. You can change the billing and shipping address if they are not correct.
Once you submitted your order, you should receive a message Thank you your order has been successfully submitted. You will also receive an Order Confirmation E-mail within a few seconds. If you don't receive your e-mail confirmation, you should check your spam folder or Junk folder. Otherwise You can contact us and we will verify that we have received your order and resend a copy of your sales order.
